Mr. Amicucci is an Attorney and the managing partner of Amicucci Associates, PC, Attorneys at Law, concentrating in Real Estate Law.  The firm concentrates its real estate practice in the areas of Landlord/Tenant matters, Buy/Sell Transactions, Bank Representation, Commercial Leasing and Representation in front of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR).  Mr. Amicucci was an Owner’s Representative on the Westchester County Rents Guidelines Board in the 1990’s.
